First Time Adoption Application
There is a $20 non-refundable application fee that serves as a donation to our foundation and helps us fund medical costs. Please use the button above to pay the application fee. Once the fee is processed you will be redirected to the adoption form. It is a one time fee and all application updates will be free of cost.
Application Update Form
If you already submitted an application and would like to apply for a new dog, you do not need to submit another application. Instead, please fill out the application update form.
Waiting for approval
If you are approved to adopt a dog, there is an adoption fee of $700 for puppies under one year old and $500 for dogs over a year old! You should receive a confirmation via email after you submit an adoption application.
The adoption application takes about 30 minutes to complete and needs to be completed in one sitting. Please be aware if you exit the page, walk away or open other tabs the application will time out.
Please use the correct dog name when applying in order to be considered for the dog.

Please note:
Since we are a volunteer run organization, we currently do not have the resources to contact everyone. You will be considered for all the dogs you apply for. We can only accept one family per dog and only contact the chosen family. We encourage you to apply using the application update form above. If you are under 25 years of age you must have a co-signer on your application who will also be financially and physically responsible for the dog, if this applies to you the form can be found here!
