🐞🌸Please Meet Maya!🌸🐞
Maya is estimated to be about 6 years old and was an owner surrender at the shelter. Maya was saved 1 hour before she was set to be euthanized, and we are so happy she is with us today. After we saved Maya we noticed she had several tumors and upon taking biopsies we discovered they were cancerous😣 After many tests and vet exams, we sent her for surgery costing just under $3,200 and she is officially cancer free and so ready to find her furever home⚡️💗

🏡Maya has been a ball of love since the moment we met her. It is clear her past was rough but hasn’t stopped her from trusting humans, she is very gentle with us and has decompress very nicely. Maya is either best as an only dog or can be with a dog that has the same energy as her and will respect her space, very slow introductions are best.

Maya LOVES to go on her walks. She gets extremely excited, and we are trying to work on that because it can be a lot if other dogs are in the home. She does get fixated on other dogs we see on walks so we make sure to keep our distance and revert her attention elsewhere.

Inside the home she is potty and crate trained! She loves to snuggle next to you or on her dog bed. She isn’t much for toys but does love her treats. FUN FACT: Maya isn’t a fan of peanut butter but she has been introduced to doggy ice cream and loves it! She snorts like a little piggy a lot of the time and it’s the cutest thing. One thing we do love about Maya is that she is pretty quiet, she has only let out a few barks since we have had her. Overall, Maya is an easy pup in the home and a cuddle bug you can’t help but love.

He is a 1 year old pit mix that was surrendered to us. He is so excited to his his furever home 💘

🏡 Bhodi is an approx 1 year old blue nose short stack Pittie who is full of joy and curiosity of everything in the world.  Bhodi needs a strong pack leader that will provide him with the structure and leadership that he needs to be his best Bhodi.  Bhodi is a medium energy dog and will need an active family with adults only or older children that will give him plenty of regular exercise.  Bhodi can be around larger breed dogs that have balanced, compatible energy.  Bhodi is crate and potty trained and walks great on a leash.

He is a 10 month old Pittie who we saved from euthanasia at the shelter. He is so excited to find his furever family 💘

🏡 Tko is a typical puppy with a ton of fun puppy energy. Tko needs a family that will continue to practice the tools he is learning in training as well as provide him with plenty of mental and physical exercise that helps him be a good boy. Tko loves people and dogs but is always coming in hot so older kids and compatible energy dogs are best. Tko is crate and potty trained.

He is a 2 year old Pittie mix that was surrendered to us when his previous owner was no longer able to care for him due to unforeseen life circumstances😪 They loved him very much and went above and beyond to help him in training, and to set him up for success. He is so excited to look for his furever home💗

🏡 Nico is very handsome 2 year old Pittie Mix
Nico loves to play with his humans and enjoys walks, hikes, and packwalks. Nico trusts slowly and thrives in a chill environment with calm, confident leadership and structure. He needs to get to know humans and dogs slowly and proper socialization is really good for him. Nico would do best in a home with adults only and a calm compatible energy dog or be the only dog. Nico is crate and potty trained.

💜🐷Please Meet Nora!🐷💜
Nora is about 10 years young and sweet as can be. When we got Nora we were horrified by the condition she was in. She was clearly being used as a breeding mule and neglected by her previous owners. 😭😭😭We were able to pull her off the euthanasia list at riverside shelterwith the amazing help of @iloverescue , @alexandria_n_ & Mckenzie, her amazing foster.

🚑Nora has had bloodwork done, radiographs and has been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis. She is on antibiotics and her wonderful foster has been working on getting her skin in better condition. She is looking so good the vets were amazed at her last recheck.

🏡From her foster:
For all that Nora has suffered and endured, she is the absolute sweetest girl. She wants to give a happy hello to everyone she sees, dogs and humans alike. She would love to be in a home with other pets to interact with and would be a great dog for a family with kids of any age. Nora has such a calm temperament even in stressful situations. She just wants soak up a lot of love and belly rubs and feel the warmth of a family. Whenever I’m doing something in the house, she will curl up at my feet and lean against me just wanting to feel included. It’s been such a joy watching her transform over the weeks. She’s gone from barely being able to pull herself out of bed for dinner to doing the cutest little happy dance at meal time. I know that she will continue to thrive with any family that chooses to love her.

Side note: Nora is very well potty trained and does great on leash. She normally walks right alongside us. We are unsure if she is crate trained because we let her roam free in the house. She has never chewed on anything.

🤑💸Please Meet Richie!💸🤑
He is a 2 year old pittie mix that we adopted out at 8 weeks old, by a lovely family. Tragically the patriarch was stricken down with cancer, and passed away. Ritchie was a loyal companion till the last breath, and in the months before he came back to us he laid next to his owner in his bed until he passed💔
Suffering this incredible hardship, his family that loved him dearly were no longer in a place to care for him.
Ritchie has been in training for over 2 months sponsored by his former family. He is thriving and completely crate trained, potty trained, fully vaccinated and very obedient. He loves a well structured routine and calm home
He is incredibly sweet and cannot wait to meet his new family💗

🏡 Richie is the most handsome and sweetest 2 yr old Pittie. Richie is deaf but you wouldn’t even know it. Of course you want to ensure he can see you when you approach him so he isn’t startled but he loves to play with other compatible dogs, go on walks, Packwalks, hikes, play with his toys and get as many pets as possible. Richie loves his crate and is fully potty trained. Richie would do great with an active family that would provide him with the structure and leadership that helps him feel happy and confident. No young children would be best for Richie.

💓🤩Please Meet Ditzy!🤩💓
She is a 4 month old terrier mutt that was scheduled to be euthanized at Riverside shelter and one of our longtime supporters and amazing foster Alex asked her if we could pull her as long as she committed having her to fostered until she was adopted! This sweet girl is full of love but was likely abandoned due to a neurological tic that causes her back leg to move spastically. Our vets believe this is the result of having recovered from Distemper, she now tests negative. Maybe we’re crazy, but we think it only makes her cuter and sweeter, however we do know for certain is she did not deserve to die because of it. She cannot wait to find her furever family and will need your help to find it! Please share her post and tag friends💌

She is a 48lb 5 year old pittie that we saved from euthanasia at the shelter! We can’t wait to find her furever home💗🥰

🏡 Dolly loves her walks! Her fosters take her walking twice and we go as far as she wants, she’s good on a leash just very strong. She reacts to dogs who bark at her, but If you are assertive and maintain eye contact with her she is good, she’ll look up and we’ll keep walking. She needs to be the only dog in the household.

She does not do well with cats but she is INCREDIBLE with children. She’s so vocal and expressive, extremely smart. She’s not territorial over food or her toys, but can be territorial over her space.

She’s doing okay in her crate, she’ll cry a bit in the first minutes I put her in but she settles, most times she’ll go in herself. She’s completely house trained, a well behaved dog. She charms everyone she meets with her loving personality. She is a PERFECT dog for a human only household with a yard :)
